Brand products release attribution -

Hi

We used to sell some of our own brand products with amazon central . we now only sell with seller and want to update our listings through the system but we cant as amazon still hasn’t released attribution even though they agree tehy are our own brand products despite our many many times us contacting them . Has anyone managed to get though to someone ?
