VIDEO CALL FOR DISBURSEMENT ON DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT

Hello,

I have requested my holdings funds and amazon wanted to video call with me. It was written 20 May, 10:00 am in Greenwich Mean Time, i live in london and we are in British Summer Time at the moment. Which means 10:00 am is 11:00 am here. I waited 15 minutes after 11:00 am for amazon to attend this meeting however they didnt. I think they might attended at 10:00 am. It is confusing and i missed my video call. What can i do now to rearrange a new meeting with amazon or are they going to send me an email again for other slots that i already choosed to attend this meeting ?

Hello Sarah, thank you for reply. I received and booked 3 different slots. The last date is 4th of june i hope they will let me know for 4 th of june because other 2 dates have been passed and they didnt invite me to join the link yet.

Hello again, still i didnt get any confirmation email from amazon about my video call for tomorrow. Can you please arrange it ? It happens second time , first time i waited 15 minutes and nobody didnt join the meeting and then i received this email: Hello,

We regret to inform you that your appointment for the virtual identity verification scheduled for May 20, 2024 has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

I am just trying to get my money inside the Amazon why they are making it so complicated ? They dont even join the video call it is unbeliavable...

i received an email to reschedule video call and i did. The dates are below please can someone attend this time its going to be 3rd time i am attending video call but amazon does not. And i didnt receive any link about meeting ID.
