no only dispatched Monday to Friday. Never mark an order as dispatched unless its been sent. if you want to send on Saturday then thats fine but its not in the estimated turn around.

Thanks guys clears it up for me, can anyone help with how we transfer everyone’s orders to courier to print shipping labels without manually putting individual addresses into the courier system

Is there a system that reads amazon and also interlink with the courier

Zenstores is great for viewing and printing all orders onto courier labels - I use it for 1000’s of orders a week

24 hours response time is for messages from buyers, not order dispatch.
