Are you on the Professional Selling plan (ie. pay £30 a month fee) ?
Call back is only available for those on the Pro plan.

I assume you’ve tried the obvious of clearing cache and trying a different browser?

I read on here not that long ago that it can often do that with a mobile number so try a landline number

Can i be perfectly blunt with you .
Amazon is not like other platforms and it is full of little sellers , who believe they can make money by just buying some product from Joe Blogs .
and this gives the whole platform a bad reputation

Yes there are many things that sellers on Amazon have to cope with on an almost daily basis and things that drive us all mad,

Retail is a tough old world and you really need to know what you are doing before you sell on this platform.

The majority of us have come from Bricks and Mortar or had some kind of retail training.

Whilst I feel sorry for you, you really need to go away think about how to run a business professionally and that does not mean going down to your local cash and carry . It means trade shows , talking to suppliers and listing products correctly against not an Asin that looks like your product , but the Barcode number of your product must match the product you are selling

Good luck

Have you deleted every listing from your account that wasn’t bought from a proper wholesaler?
Have you sourced at least 10 units from any proper wholesalers so you can tell amazon that in your POA?
