Listing Issue Could Take 3 Months????

Concerned about Delayed Resolution: Basic Listing Issue [CASE 16336286721]

I'm writing to express frustration with the prolonged resolution time for my basic listing issue, now two weeks ongoing. Despite daily follow-ups via live support chat and unsuccessful calls, progress remains slow.

With complete documentation submitted, I expected a faster investigation. The recent Amazon Accelerate announcements highlighted enhanced seller support, including screen-sharing for instant issue resolution. Unfortunately, my experience falls short of these promises.

Considering the potential three-month resolution timeline, I question the efficiency of Amazon's support. As a reactivated seller, I'm disappointed.

"I expected a faster investigation."

You've been on here long enough to know how SLOW Amazon is, and it's getting worse as they have cut staff and installed mindless, poorly programmed BOTS.

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

Hello @Seller_ASJFTFXfmnOFQ,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details, and see that case 16336286721 is currently open with Support, who have last provided you with an update yesterday. Support is looking into this issue with the internal team and will continue to update you there. I recommend waiting for their updates until case resolution.

If you see that the case resolves and still need help, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.

Regards,

- Manny
