Amazon refunding orders from over 2 year ago
Hi all,
We’ve had a number of customer orders refunded by Amazon for order placed in 2020. In each case we’ve had no contact from the customer or Amazon before the refunds have taken place. Has anyone else experienced this and whats the best way to tackle it?

I’ve had this kind of thing a few times, notably on fridges/freezer etc.
The trouble is, Amazon are free to just refund for this kind of thing, regardless of what consumer rights/warranty etc may be.
I’ve tried to fight on each occasion and never got very far with it at all.
So I don’t hold much hope out for you.
The best you might get, is if Amazon fund it themselves.
