Non-Delivery of item reported after 3 months
Buyer contacted me after 3 months to say his item hasn’t arrived. What should I do.

Was the order sent tracked or with a signature proof of delivery? If yes, was the tracking number submitted at the time of dispatch?
If not, I am afraid that your options are limited as any potential INR A-Z claim will be decided in the buyer’s favor with a full refund.
Keep in mind that the deadline to leave a Seller Feedback is 90 days after order date and 6 months after order date for A-Z claims (with the help of Customer Service) but at this point, any defect would no longer affect your metrics.

3 months. That’s crazy. Leaves it wide open to abuse.
If I ordered (and paid for) an item and it hadn’t arrived within a week i’d complain, three months… something fishy there. But as Kika says, 6 months for an A-Z claim.
