I am reaching out regarding a recent return request from a buyer, which has led to negative feedback that I believe is unjustified.

The buyer claimed that the item was faulty and returned it to us. However, upon inspection, the item we received was an old, broken machine that was not the original product sent. I promptly contacted the buyer with evidence of this discrepancy and requested that they return the original machine to receive a full refund.

Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I recently received negative feedback from the buyer stating, “I tried to contact the seller...nobody answered...I get another product broke I send back and I didn't receive my money back...” This feedback does not accurately reflect the situation, as I have responded to the buyer and provided them with the necessary information.

I have requested the removal of this feedback, but it was instantly refused. I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this case and considering the removal of the negative feedback, as it misrepresents my seller performance and responsiveness.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
