Contacting seller performance
I have an ongoing issue with amazon.co.uk with suspended ASIN’s. Seller Performance contacted back on June 3rd telling me the reason and before reinstating them again asking if I can send in a Plan of Action as to why it happened and what I will do to avoid this is the future. It has been a month now and they haven’t contacted me back after I sent all the details that they requested, Does anyone know how long this could take or is there another trick as to how to contact them.?

A month is too long - obviously not accepted your action plan. Double check in your notifications that a message hasn’t been already sent to you and if so contact Amazon via the suspension notice and ask for an update,

Right okay, so what is your advice as to what should I do now? as its impossible to remove them, its impossible to get them verified to sell and its impossible to talk with anyone…sort of stuck here with inventory that’s impossible to do anything with
