Read onlyAmazon deactivated my account for an ASIN which was not in my inventory at the time it was deactivated. Amazon had sent me a notification on 03/02/2024 saying I could not sell the product because it was restricted so I deleted the item and did not sell again. On 25/06/2024 Amazon sent the same notification then deactivated my account. Its been over Three months now and Amazon are now refusing to give my money back because now they claim I have committed Fraud !!!
Spoke to customer support many times and I keep getting the same generic response every time, how I should provide evidence why I have not violated the restricted product policy !
