Listing has been changed by someone else

Hello,

I have 2 products which have been listed for well over a year with the correct details. Roughly 2 days ago i notice that one of my ASIN’s have had the details changed.

• Item model number: GU-325

These are both incorrect and I haven’t changed them myself. When i edit the listing from the Inventory page everything show’s correctly but when you view the page the details are incorrect.

I contacted seller support and brand registry and they told me that I had changed the details and that I can change them back through the inventory page. This isn’t the case. I haven’t changed any details related to that product since I first created the listing.

All the details inside the Inventory page > Edit are correct but whenever i save them nothing is updated.

I have also noticed that if I go through the support sections on amazon “Support > Help > Fix a product” that when i enter my ASIN the image that shows up is incorrect its not my product although the title is correct.

I kinda stumped here as Seller Support & Brand Support both seem to acknowledge there isn’t an issue.
