Replacement was sent without original order return

I’m an FBA seller,

Amazon sent replacement to a customer without them returning the original item. I asked the support, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a clear answer.

Does anyone know where I can check if the customer has returned the initial order? Is there a way to track return status for cases like this?

That's the way the replacement order works on Amazon. The replacement gets sent out right away and the buyer has up to 30 days to return the original. If they don't, they get charged and you get compensated.
