Read onlyI have a question since this is my first negative experience with an amazon warehouse not checking in my shipment in over a month. we created a shipment to stock up our inventory before these low inventory fees and placement fees took effect, at the end of February we sent 156 units and the package was delivered march 1st. i have tracked the shipment and no movement, still not checked in and now we are getting charged low inventory fees for not having enough units in stock? we opened up a few cases and seller support has no answers and just says wait. i cant open an investigation because every time i do they keep changing the date when i am eligible to open an investigation and i have screenshots of this too! so how in the world do i get amazon to check this shipment in because its been a over a month but yet they want us to pay low inventory fees for a shipment they are responsible for checking in ?
any one with a similar issue that was able to get the shipment checked in? if we are going to be paying for placement and low inventory fees Amazon needs to speed up their receiving end or start issuing exemptions for these fees! if sellers are doing their part sending inventory amazon needs to step up and take responsibility for these delays costing us money! absolutely ridiculous
Hi @Seller_Vrp1PfcZQQzWv,
Dominic from Amazon here. The low inventory fee went into effect on April 1st, however we announced we would Credit for FBA low-inventory-level fees incurred during April 2024.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to expedite a shipment getting checked in, the team works as quick as they can to receive inventory.
Best,
Dominic
