Product item quantity has been changed without knowledge
We have been selling a bottle of sparkling wine B003N7WR6W as a single unit for the last 15 years. We are not the only seller. A customer has just informed us that he only received 1 bottle and not 3 as advertised. Of course he only paid for 1 bottle. SS have forwarded my query to another department with a response in 24 hours. Has this happened to anyone and what can we do. We will not send the other 2 bottles the customer is expecting. The other seller currently selling it is also selling it as a price for a single bottle

Are you able to update the product images/quantity? as that listing is definitely showing as a 3 pack.

Buy the the bottles from the other seller and complain when he does not send it out. We have had this before with threads went to seller support but they would not do anything put the price up to cover the box full that amazon were advertising and got shut down for price gouging. As the advert was fulfilled by amazon us we bought several and then got refunded when only singles arrived.

I had a look at your ASIN, but it looks fine now, with only advertising 1 bottle. So I guess the problem was fixed already?
