Hi,
Need urgent help, i only sell one product recently and it is 100% genuine, we purchase it directly from the distributors in the UK and retail stores that sell it.
All of a sudden amazon deactivated it saying its a fake product and deactivated the account.
THIS IS NOT FAKE.

It may very well be authentic but Amazon want to see a proper supply chain from the manufacturer or their authorised wholesaler to confirm this- buying from a retail outlet wont pass their checks.
In fact if you bought from retail you can only list it as "Used" not "New" as there is no longer the manufacturers warrenty in place.
