Adding Variations
we are fairly new to Amazon, I added the first bag which seemed to work. we join the professional seller part. since then we have tried to add a variation so we can sell two bags of the same thing and then moving forward more products. we have tried to make Parent and children etc etc but even though we have contact help via the seller central, we get a different instruction every time and still it doesn't work. can any one help us please.

Have a look in Seller University on how to create variants. You need different SKUs and EAN numbers for each variant.

they said when i started that i would get help, i havent seen it yet.
i pay monthly and not selling anything it is getting to be rediculous

Hi you manage to get help I’ve tried for 8 hours! I’m pretty tech savvy built my own website but it’s just not working!
All the videos have a drop down menu where you can add colour, size etc but nothing comes up for us to edit!
