If your item is a legitimate licensed product then they may retract it or give you advice as to why they filed a infringement claim

Well one seller is still selling it…
Seems well over priced for what it is… And on eBay it’s even more £200+
Maybe the infringement is the use of the name… NoES ??

You need to double check this is allowed - as daft as it sounds.
We used to sell costumes and purchased mainly from the manufacturer but sometimes from wholesalers.
One of the largest costume companies - Rubies, decided a few years ago to only allow people to sell their costumes if they had purchased directly from them, that way they could get rid of all the copies that were popping up here and also on eBay which obviously meant that we couldn’t even sell the costumes we purchased from the wholesalers. Fortunately they gave everyone a short period of time before implementing this and we only had a couple of costumes left.
I notice on your listing the brand is ‘nightmare on elm street’ - is it possible your distributor has a very similar product ?
Did you double check the EAN number matches?

If the item was purchased via wholesale they may have certain restrictions on certain items one of ours does which prevents marketplace sales.
If you have not bought it from wholesale and working as a business then you should not be selling it and need to take it on the chin.
On the flip if you did buy it from wholesale I would first phone them and explain the issue your facing as they may have a relationship with the brand owner that can sort it quicker than you.

In my opinion, I would move on and delete it.
Amazon always takes the side of the person filing the complaint once they have allowed it. The guy at warner brothers won’t care and can add another gold sticker to his collection for preventing these ‘Rogue sellers trading off his precious company name’.
Personally I would delete it, change the name of the item and go sell it on the other large marketplace. You won’t get any help or response from Amazon.
Branding wars on Amazon are getting out of hand here… just chalk some down to experience.

One thing I would add on this from a brand owner and manufacturers point of view is that this morning I had three sellers selling my branded images onto phone cases, t shirts and paint by numbers sets. One of the sellers is complaining that they bought these items from a wholesaler importing from China. Well I do not care who you bought it from because you didn’t buy it from me and I as a hard working artist are just being ripped off by cheap and shoddy fakes that are then bought by sellers over here in the hope of making a few quid. Find out who the wholesalers are before buying and shipping fake goods to customers.

i am going through some similar issues when it comes to this. All my listings are for a particular vehicle and it says Fits Model Ford, and my listings are removed.
they have put this as a violation on my account but in all fairness I don’t own that listing since amazon, me and various other sellers are selling on the same listings and just because you are saying it fits a particular vehicle, surely that is not a violation!!!

The issue is with the wording. The Copyright is “Nightmare on Elm Street” as this is a protected brand name. Google it and and read the full verbiage. Example…You can not or should not list item that say Walt Disney etc without permission.
As one commentator stated “delete and move on” your wasting your time on this
