Discount Provided by Amazon
I continually see 'Discount Provided by Amazon' on other sellers listings for the same products we sell (see attached).
We NEVER get these discounts on our listings.
@Winston_Amazon Can you check to see if our account has somehow opted out if this?
I have asked Seller Support the same question, but as usual they were beyond useless. Couldn't even understand the question and just kept spitting out the same response - obviously a bot.

We can't see any attachment but if you are referring to the subscribe and save discount then if and when your products become eligible Amazon will auto enroll them for you and let you know. I believe eligibility is determined by a combination of stock availability and length of time you have been offering the item.

No. All sellers are eligible to participate in this program.
Can I opt out of Discounts Provided by Amazon?
Yes. You may opt out of Discounts Provided by Amazon at an account level. Note that opt-out is a one-way decision.
If you never opted out of the program, you should be eligible.
