Unable to reactivate account from inactive
I am trying to reactivate my seller account for but encountering an issue. I confirmed my credit card, received an email, clicked on the URL, and then selected “Reactivate Account.” However, the “Inactive Account” page appears, and when I click the “Continue” button, it redirects me back to the “Charge Methods” page, showing that my card is already on file. The process then loops back to the beginning.
Could you please advise on how to successfully reactivate my account?

Exactly the same thing is happening to me, also due to inactivity. I just added a new item for sale this week, so I am not inactive. I am stuck in the same loop.
My credit card on file is an Amazon credit card, not a debit card. It expires in a few years.
