Invoice got rejected
Hey guys,
I’m super frustrated with how things have been going since I started my Amazon seller account over a month ago. Here’s what’s been happening:
Account Verification Issues:
My documents were authentic, but they took several re-attempts to get accepted. On top of that, my ID verification dragged on for 20 days, and it only got approved after I sent multiple follow-up emails to them.
Invoice Keeps Getting Rejected:
I bought products directly from the manufacturer, and the invoice is legit. It’s recent, has my company name and address (matching my Amazon account), the manufacturer’s details are there, and I purchased more than 10 units. Still, it keeps getting rejected. Whenever I ask why, all I get is a generic response with no real explanation.
Case ID: 10548778002
Has anyone else gone through this? How did you fix it? I’m stuck and could really use some advice on what to do next.
Appreciate any help!

I'm assuming you're talking about brand ungating since you mentioned 10 units. The reality is that Amazon doesn't guarantee ungating will be successful even with valid invoices. I think they only mention it once in their training / policy, so it could be a lot clearer.
If you're getting a generic "this won't impact your account" type of response then they are denying you based on factors outside of your supply chain. Factors that they don't disclose.
General advice is to build the account a bit with other products and then reapply.

Thank you for providing all the information. I've reviewed your case and the information from the application to the brand.
This is currently under review, and it's require to wait for resolution. As an advice, make sure the documentation provided matches the product information of the product you want to sell under that brand.
Make sure to double-check the documentation also marks all the boxes of the requirements you can see prior to applying.
