Restricted Asin

Hi,

I added an item to my inventory roughly a week ago and received the product today however when selecting send/replenish inventory and going through the process it tells me I need to gain approval to sell this product however I am approved and can list under the variations, after looking the ASIN back up its showing as restricted. There are other sellers on the listing incl Amz , any ideas as to why this would be or is it just more of a case to wait & restrictions would be lifted ?
