SKU shipping issue
Hi,
I have decided to sell a product for which there is an existing listing already on Amazon. The listing has been set up on my account, and the shipment was arranged. Its a single SKU in one box. The SKU was generated at the time.
The shipment was delivered last week and said quantity delivered - 12, quantity received - 0.
The shipment has now changed to receiving, however the original details now say quantity delivered - 0, quantity received - 0, and there is now a second line, same product title and image but brand new SKU and ASIN, which has concerned me that something has gone wrong. The SKU just has the shipment ID followed by unexpected item.
I have contacted seller support but not sure they have fully understood/answered my question.
has anybody come across this before?
Not sure if it is relevant but in this instance it was shipped direct from where i bought it from to Amazon.
Thanks in advance

Was it set as manufacturer barcode or amazon barcode?

So if you go into your stranded inventory is there an option to create a new listing?

Ok so if you check the new ASIN are your items for sale against that?

So on your manage inventory screen, at the top, is there anything saying Fix Stranded Inventory?

So I have managed to create a new listing for it, which is now showing in my inventory however it says out of stock, and is only giving me the option to set up a new shipment.
is there anyway that I can match this new listing up with the shipment Amazon already have?
