Dear Amazon Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with our Amazon seller account, which we believe is unjust and requires your urgent intervention.
A few months ago, we listed our SKU to existing listing for 2 ASIN of a brand called Montale within our account and then decided not to source it as another seller, who is our friend, Received Intellectual Property Complaints for this brand.
Then we didn't deleted those 2 listing and now we Received Intellectual Property Complaints as well and our Account health score was reduced.

However, it is important to note that:
We are FBA seller.
We did not send any Montale products to Amazon.
So we have not sold a single unit of Montale products through our Amazon store as we are FBA seller.
We did not purchase any Montale products.
You still can verify within our account ALL of information above .
Despite these facts, we recently received an Intellectual Property (IP) violation related to the following listings:
ASIN: B013V7LDCM (MONTALE, Roses Musk, Eau de Parfum, Damenduft, 100 ml)
ASIN: B081HWBH8F (MONTALE Pure Love Eau de Parfum, 100 ml)
We believe this action is unwarranted, as our involvement was solely limited to the creation of the listings without any commercial activity associated with them.
We have already reached out to Amazon Seller Support to resolve this matter; however, we were informed that they are unable to assist us in rectifying the situation and it looks like they don't care about the specific detail in this case. Given the circumstances, we feel it is both unfair and unreasonable to face such penalties without any actual infringement taking place.
We are reaching out to you with request to help us address and resolve this matter as we did not violate Amazon policy.
We genuinely believe that this situation is not normal and request your support in restore our account health score and delete this IP from our account.
