Emails on VAT
We have had 2 email supposedly from Amazon one from merch.service05@amazon.co.uk other from dontoreply@amazon.com, One says our VAT calculation service has been terminate, and the other says our VAT number [ that we have had 35 years at least] is not valid and referring us to various links in the email.
What is best to do ?

we have had a similar thing. I think its a phishing email because usually if there is some issue with an account when you log into seller central there will be something indicating a problem there and ours appears to be perfectly normal.

Hi, Did you have a resolution to this please? I have had the same this morning. I only sell in the UK and have been told my vat calculation service has been terminated. I've had a look at my account and it looks as though Amazon no longer give this service unless you have an EU vat number. Do you know if this is correct? Not sure I'll get a sensible reply from Amazon themselves. Many thanks
