Account deactivation - appeals nightmare please help

Hi Guys
My account has been suspended under section 3 as my identifying documents ‘do not match the information entered in seller central.’
I have been asked to rectify this by supplying a ‘business license’ - which as i’m in the UK I assume means certificate of incorporation? and a utility bill matching the address entered into seller central.
However, having addressed this, I repeatedly get my appeals rejected. When i create a ticket through the help section to ask for reasons why I get a generic email saying that it is not the correct channel to enter appeals, despite my query clearly not being an appeal.
When I request a callback, I get the same generic advice which I have addressed thoroughly in my 10+ attempts to appeal.
I do not know what information I entered when creating the account however all information I can see on my side matches the documents I am submitting.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this total absence of common sense customer service/client relations.
The way I see it I have 2 options.

  1. Find someone to talk to at Amazon to find whatever the problem is and come to a solution.
    2)Close my account

I have been told by account health that I cannot close my account without reactivating it first so this option would have to be via GDPR notification.

I’d really appreciate some help here.

A business licence is only required if you actually have a business licence

Are you a UK ltd ?
If so , in settings - account info - identity info, it should show the ltd company name and residential address and then under that , the name and home address of the primary contact and beneficial owner

The utility bill needs to be in that person’s name and home address - and match exactly what is states in that section on amazon

Kindly go to performance notification then you will find exactly why your account is deactivated,
later address this issue in an appeal.
First, go to setting on your amazon central desktop window( rt side)
in the Business INFO section and submit or update all your business information again and wait for verification for 42 hours then you will see the account activate again.
Good luck
Thanks
