GST filing for Stock Transfers to and from FBA Warehouse

Hi - I had a question about the GST filing for STR, transfers to and from FBA warehouse. Are they treated like any other B2B sale with from GSTIN and to GSTIN of same company? Since the final sale to customer happens from the FBA state, GSTR1
