Read onlyWe recently encountered a problem with the Automated Feedback Removal Manager.
The buyer's feedback in its entirety, and I quote: " Picture not very clear not happy it was for birthday gift can't gift it now"
The entire feedback comment is a product review. It should have been very clear to the "Feedback Removal Manager" that the feedback should be removed. But they rejected my request to appeal in a matter of seconds!
