Account suspension
Hello
My amazon account has been suspended. The email stated that they had to verify my ’ identity, business information, or both’. I think this is due to me uploading a bank statement that didn’t match my address on the account.
There is a box on my seller central that says appeal. However the email says that Ill be contacted with 24 hours to upload some information. I see no where to do this.
If someone could advise as to how to resolve this. I have emailed and opened a case with support , but have not had a reply.
Should I fill in the appeal form? What should that include?
How long will it take for my account to be re verified?
Will they definitely let me keep selling once this has been done or is there a risk that Ill be completely banned?
Pretty desperate to keep selling .
Thanks for any help

If your Seller Account was suspended over verification issues, you will need to communicate with seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, as this is the department which handles these types of suspension.
You should explain how you submitted a wrong bank account statement and then provide the correct one.

You won’t pass this verification check if all your details don’t match. The address on your bank statement needs to match your account address. No appeal will work if this isn’t the case.
Can you meet this requirement?

As advised here is the series of events:
I received this first (they sent this twice in quick succession): I think this is because I uploaded a bank statement which didnt match the address on the account.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk.

I then sent an email (Seller performance) asking how I could resolve the situation .
After this I received:
Dear Seller,
_We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon. _

This is the last I heard from them , and there appears to be no steps for verification. Today there was a thing asking to verify my bank account but the bank account seems to be verified already.
I also opened up a case , but still haven’t heard anything from amazon directly.
Should I open up another case / recontact them as its now been a few days? There is also an option on one on the messages to ’ appeal’.
Should I use this to explain the bank account etc change / change of address or should I wait?
As mentioned, I uploaded a bank statement but hadnt changed my account address. The account address now has been changed to match the bank statement.
Should I be worried about my account getting a complete ban or should this be resolved?
Desperate to get back to selling !
Thanks

We are having a similar issue here.
Out of curiosity @Hignell1. Have you finally gotten any answer?
Seller_oamufuhvDLQuV
So I emailed asking for an update . They finally replied saying
Hello,
We are still reviewing your account. We will send you an email when we finish the review.
This was on the first . nothing since . Debating whether to use the appeal button or not
