Chargeback claim

A customer ordered an item and it was delivered, couple of days later says it was faulty. We asked for them to return the item as it was a large sum. He then claims that he can’t return though Amazon as it won’t allow him, we offered to collect the item or pay for postage. The next message we got was him saying Amazon had advised him to claim back through his credit card. We won the charge back claim as I only just want the item back, then today it’s been reversed - saying the card company gave him his money back so Amazon have deducted it from me…. He’s blocked me from messaging although we have never messaged since asking to collect the item. Do I have any way of getting the item back - which I very much doubt was ever faulty!!

Thats Odd, Standard Rules and Regs are decisions on chargebacks are final and you can't appeal. (Either Way)

Banks never allow you to appeal the decisions, you get 1 chance each to send your evidence in and the decision is final. I believe here this will be Amazon lying to you.
