Product Videos Rejected due to Medical Claims
Hi team,
We have two How to Videos that were rejected due to "false medical claims". Our product isn't a medical device. The videos don't provide medical advice, negatively refer to professional medical advice, or make false medical claim. They only explain product features, uses and care tips. We have emailed community-help@amazon.com but have not been responded to. Please help get these videos approved!
