EU responsible person
I am a UK based seller and i used to sell electrical items in EU and after brexit , I stopped selling in EU and removed all my listings.It still shows in dashboard my UK listings and i got a case they will remove the listings on 11th Aug. Do i need to give any responsible person for UK electrical listings?

I understand that you have questions about the Responsible Person in the EU.
You don’t need to submit EU responsible person if you only sell in UK marketplace.
UK is not part of EU, this EU responsible person only for EU marketplaces.

We understand that you are having an issue with Responsible Person requirement for CE-marked products.
We would like to inform you that Responsible Person dashboard is the same one for all the marketplaces. Amazon has no channel to submit UK responsible person yet. The EU Market Surveillance Regulation does not apply in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
However, it will apply in Northern Ireland, under the Northern Ireland Protocol. If you have products selling to Northern Ireland, then you need to provide the Responsible Person information to us.
Currently, you don’t need to not declare an EU Responsible Person information for ASINs you only sell on UK marketplaces(England, Scotland and Wales).
In the future, we will plan to remove the ones that have no sale or offers. Please ignore the notifications now.
