Items Changed to Inactive unavailable for seller fulfilment
Hi, I have just noticed that quite a large number of my items have been made inactive with the reason (unavailable for seller fulfilment). These items are 2nd hand used cds of which there are many removed but my whole business is based on selling 2nd hand used cds and I still have thousands that are active so don’t get why a number of them have been removed. Many of which I’ve been selling for years such as B000J3FC0Q. Ive contacted support but I’m not holding much hope of a decent answer from previous experiences, does anybody have any advice/help that they can offer. Thanks in advance Yvonne

This will be due to your vtr being below as we discussed last night - sorry that your listings were deactivated before getting chance to put it right
You need to appeal and send to the email address on the performance notification

A quick look still shows that over 10,000 listings are still active. I think you’ll be OK!

5 days into having all my listings deactivated and no one at Amazon can give me an update. I just have to continue to wait. 85% of my income relies on Amazon. Learned I need to urgently change this!
