Setting Up Bussines Seller Account
Hi All
Having an issue getting set up - have submitted everything asked for including bank statements, ID and HMRC Tax Ref letter.
But have now been told my account is suspended as i have selected the wrong business type - i selected Sole Propiertor as I am a Sole Trader - have i done something wrong?

As a more constructive answer.
When you first open an account, it is automatically suspended until it is verified.
That process can take from minutes, to months.
However, from what you are saying, they think you have selected the wrong information.
Exactly which option do you have on your account as the business?
And what EXACTLY have Amazon said to you?
Have you entered any information that looks like it might be for a ltd company etc in error?

Right now I would be cautious about starting to sell as it is a bad time for delivery delays and customers are getting really cranky too.
The last thing you need with a new account is a NFB or 2 as that would be a start STOP on your new Amazon venture. Maybe just get everything setup (with the kind help of the Amazon community) and wait a while until things smooth out a bit.
