UPS Shipment Delays
Having some challenges with UPS at the moment…shipment collected 24th June 2020 and has been in transit status since, when I track the shipment it states a delivery date of 25th June 2020 (Today is 13th July). I have verbal confirmation from UPS the shipment has been lost, feedback from amazon is I need to wait until I can reconcile the shipment in seller central to create a claim. Has anyone experienced this before and is there anything I can do to speed up the claims process…of course I have £ tied up in this lost shipment.
I have another shipment which is currently waiting for re-delivery now 12 days, but I have been told this shipment is not lost… frustrating.

Many threads on this topic. Yes there are long delays at some FCs. Some people are being told their shipments are lost when they are not. Typically being patient often resolves everything.

I have similar problem, now there are 4 FBA shipments stuck with UPS, the earliest is 17 June, and then 23rd ,26th,30th. which hold half of my monthly sales, big impact to the business.

Most of my shipments are taking at least a few days longer than usual with UPS. I have a few outstanding at the moment for Man2 & BHX4
As for your lost one… likely to take at least a couple of weeks. I had one lost a few years back that took about 3 weeks if I remember correctly and then Amazon paid me what they decided was a fair price. I had another that said it was lost but then it turned up … so yours could still turn up even if UPS say its lost as it just might not have been scanned at a certain point, but still in transit… probably sitting in a queue for Amazon.

Update
Both shipments from 24th June have been confirmed lost and claims have been submitted. Amazon have paid out for the 1st one, 2nd still pending. Both shipments BHX1. I have another shipment sent to BHX1 now 8 days undelivered…concerned I face the same outcome.
4th shipment (BHX4) is also undelivered from 29th June (19 days) with no updates.
Great that Amazon take responsibility and pay out once claim submitted, my issue is they compensate what they deem a fair price…which is less than the price shown on the invoices they asked me to submit as proof of purchase. In addition I am not compensated for the time, packing materials or shipping costs…

I have a shipment delivered on 18th June . The tracking information shows delivered, but amazon state still in transit. Contact amazon several times still no working.

I have 2 shipments going to BHX1, both were delivered by DPD on the 9th of July and neither have been marked as received on Amazon yet. Two other shipments went to BHX4 at the same time and were checked in within a couple of days.
