Translations of the foreign VAT filings?

We are signed up for Pan Euro FBA and am looking for translations of the german,spanish,italian,czech, polish and French VAT filing forms. Just so we can cross ref whats being filed. Im guessing someone has these already rather than me pay a translator to do this?
