Invoicing and Payment of eu vat

Hello
I want to send stock in FBA to EU, I got via Amazon the VAT numbers for European countries, I want to know regarding the payment of VAT, does Amazon charge VAT directly on each sale or must I pay the VAT myself in each country by bank transfervia a sales report?
