Read onlyHello fellow Amazon sellers,
I'm reaching out to share my recent experience with Amazon's Fulfillment Center (FC) XUKS and to seek advice or solutions from anyone who might have faced similar issues.
I recently started selling a new product that is slightly larger than my usual items, and I was assigned XUKS as the FC to send my shipments to. Unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues:
Two of my shipments were refused by the warehouse.
I have another five shipments en route, all sent from China via FedEx, and I'm worried they will face the same fate.
After noticing that my tracking updates indicated that shipments were refused by the warehouse, I took the following steps:
Contacted Amazon: I called Amazon to understand why my parcels were being refused. Unfortunately, they could only suggest asking the driver for more information.
Spoke with FedEx: When I reached out to FedEx, they informed me that dealing with XUKS has been a nightmare. They mentioned that FedEx currently has five trailers of shipments that have all been refused by Amazon XUKS. According to them, Amazon has stated that they will not accept deliveries until after July 28th.
To add to the frustration, I looked up reviews of Amazon XUKS on Google, and it has a dismal 2.3-star rating. Since I began selling on Amazon, I've only ever shipped to BHX4, LBA4, and BHX2 without any issues. The process with XUKS has been extremely stressful, and if the situation with the remaining five shipments isn't resolved, I might have to consider discontinuing this product line.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Amazon XUKS? Any advice on how to navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
