Change Price of Returned Products?

this may be a stupid question however I can’t seem to figure out how to change the price of a returned item now listed as used.

It’s listed as slightly too expensive in my opinion and I would like to drop the price by a few pounds, could anyone tell me how to do that please?

I’ve searched though google and can’t seem to find an answer myself.

Thank you in advance

FBA Grade & Resell is essentially a trial given it is only open by invitation currently, It’s quite advanced compared to most trials, but it is possible for elements of it not to work properly.

If you’re sure that an SKU hasn’t been generated for your used listing under the parent ASIN then you could consider opening a case. What kind of response you’ll get who can say.

You cannot change the condition from New to Used but have to delete the New offer and create a different one with the condition as Used. Set the price on the new offer

Sorry if it wasn’t clear, but what I am trying to say is I sell a product as new on amazon for £19.90. I had a couple customers return their orders and now the 2 products that were returned are now listed as used on the same listing at a price of £18.51. I would like to change the price of the 2 returned used products to be around £15.50, is there any way to do this?

You should just be able to change the price in your inventory as usual

I’m trying to do that, but all I can see is the normal price and business price options, I also don’t see a way to do it through ‘edit listing’ ‘offer’

I don’t understand how they can have been relisted, as they would have been removed from your inventory when they were sold. However, there are two possible solutions

  1. Go to Inventory - Manage inventory and find the two items. Change the price (for each one if they are listed separately, rather than 2 in one listing) to whatever you now want it to be. Click on Save all. It will take 15 minutes or more to take effect
  2. Go to Inventory - Manage inventory and delete the two used ones completely. On the listing for New, click on Edit-Add another condition and create a new listing for the 2 used ones

So just to clarify, you have 1 asin with 2 skus. 1 sku is for all the items that are listed as new. The other sku is for the 1 that is listed as used
Why can’t you change the price of the used one ?

They were automatically added back to my inventory I think, I got a notification asking me to chose a percentage discount for the products, I put 10% and now it is listed on the same listing as used & new.

Now I am unable to change the percentage of the discount as far as I know, I have been trying to figure it out for quite a while.

As far as I can see I don’t have a different SKU for the used items, I have 5 colour variations for the same product and that’s all I can see in my inventory
