Insufficient Sales History is not listed under "Understanding coupon errors"

Please Amazon Try to fix the problem with Insufficient Sales History, our asins have 1000+ sales a month, they are rated 4 start + ,they have list price and we keep getting the error.

most of the moderators here send you this link to check the "Understanding coupon errors" but they don't even have this error listed there.

I believe the next step you should take is submitting a Seller Support case when this is happening, this will allow you to document the error and engage an investigation.
