Amazon payment account issue
I have been asked for business and beneficiary owner verification,business verification has been done but beneficiary owner detail’s still not done.
I have attached all the documents ( bank statement ,bank certificate and mobile bill) but recieved a same response from Amazon.
I have logged complaints open cases but no use.
I am residing in bahrain.

are you a UK ltd company ?
does your name and residential address on the utility bills match exactly what has been entered on amazon ?
If FBA is your model in UK. have you registered for UK VAT ?

Yes i have uk registered company also registered with VAT.
I have uploaded the documents as per seller central details I have entered my Bahrain residence details in seller central

Bank statement was signed and stamped but now they needs bank certified letter which i have already provided with my Full name,Bank account number and my residential address with stamp and Bank logo.

Yes it’s a scanned copy in a supported language (English).
