I’m experiencing an issue with my blocked Amazon.co.uk account, which was suspended due to VAT compliance issues (Now I have UK VAT number). I am now trying to get it reactivated. I contacted HMRC, but they require a 7-digit CFSS or CFS number, which they say should be listed in the Amazon notification about my account suspension.
I have not received this number directly, but I believe Amazon should have it in the correspondence or internal notes related to my account suspension. Amazon Support has directed me to contact HMRC, but HMRC insists the number must be obtained from Amazon.
Could anyone advise on how to get the CFSS or CFS number from Amazon? Is there a specific department or a method to request that Amazon check the documentation linked to my suspended account?
