Hello,

My account has been deactivated and the appeal states that I need to verify my credit card. Amazon took £ 0.19 from my credit card, but only after deactivating my account. Please tell me how to confirm and reactivate my account. It has been closed for 19 days. The bank account has been verified, and the card I inserted says that it is active. I can’t find a solution. I tried everything.

Do they want you to verify your charge method or your deposit method as they are two different things and you need to supply both a card (credit or debit) and a bank account.

Might be easier if you copy and paste the email you received from them regarding it.
