Human Ingestible Products - Not Accepting Applications

Hello,

After successfully selling on our website, we have been planning our brand launch on Amazon for months. We've invested thousands of dollars in expert support, creative, and inventory to get to this point. We are a creatine gummy supplement brand that has blocked our listing due to Amazon not accepting applications for products in the new condition under Human ingestible products.

Since, this has become an issue, we have successfully become brand registered and approved. Brand Registry case ID is 17701500671

We have opened a case with Seller Support (Case ID: 17689841001), and they did not have any answers or solutions.

Our ASIN: B0F7J6DQ1V

@Manny_Amazon I've seen on the threads that you might have had some success resolving this for sellers. We would appreciate it if you could help push this through or provide more guidance on next steps, our business really depends on getting this live on Amazon.

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

We still haven't received support for our case ID: 17730311001 for ASIN B0F7J6DQ1V.

Any recommendations on how to proceed?

Hi there @Seller_tqN6sCH3lt7DH,

I'm currently looking into your issue with my internal escalation team. I cannot guarantee that your offer will be reinstated but I will do what I can to advocate on your behalf. As soon as I have any updates I will reach out to you here. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi there @Seller_tqN6sCH3lt7DH,

At this time you shouldn't have the same issue listing your Brand Registered ASIN any further. Please reattempt to list this product. If you have any other concerns with this ASIN please let me know with your details and I will investigate further. Thank you for your understanding.
