Not being allowed to create ads for our latest launch
Hello,
After many launches for many different brands 7 figure brands, I am extremely disapointed in Amazon for this abysmal display of customer service. While prepping our campaigns for our latest launch, I come to find that out of nowhere, all my ads have been suspended and I am no longer able to ad or edit any ads. At first i received an error regarding a payment issue. After hours of fiddling around with changing the credit cards, I opened up a case to find out Amazon Ad's had shut down my Ad's account due to "Abnormal Activity".... What? After 2 weeks of going back and forth to get my account reinstated, Amazons support team ONCE has not give me a reason or any plan of action on what was abnormal or how to reinstate my ads account. ONLY THAT THE ACCOUNT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADS. I hope anyone can give me advice on how to get through to Amazon ads customer support, they are driving me crazy. After many years on numerous accounts this is by far the most frustrating customer support issue Ive ever dealt with

Hi there... have you been able to resolve your Ads issue? I'm in the same boat... Ads support is no support at all... I've requested escalations multiple times and keep getting the same canned response. No reasoning or explanations behind their actions. I've looked everywhere and cannot find any amazon policy that describes "abnormal activity" It's completely arbitrary. I've ate all of Amazon's BS with a smile, but this just bullying.
