Plan of Action Intellectual Property Infringement
I have received notification today regarding IP Infringement on our Amazon France account for 3 ASIN’s. Translated as best I can is the notice below. Although Amazon have stated that I have received warnings previously, I only received one suspected IP infringement warning and I immediately removed the listing. The items referred to I suspect are not allowed to be sold in France. On numerous occasions I have attempted to exclude these listings from the Amazon Fr on build international listings and this has not worked successfully for all the items.
I have invoices from my supplier to attach to the POA.
I am now considering no longer selling any items on Amazon France as I sell very few items. Is this worth mentioning in my POA.
If Amazon decide to deactivate Amazon France will all my Amazon accounts be suspended?
Any help appreciated
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your Amazon seller account. As we mentioned, your account has encountered problems of intellectual property infringement. What is going on ? Amazon does not allow bids that violate the intellectual property rights of brands or rights holders.
Amazon has already warned you of these issues by sending you an email listing the warnings below:
What is the next step ? Send us within 72 hours an action plan explaining: - Proof of authenticity (eg, invoice, order number, letter of authorization, license agreement or court order) for infringing offers - The steps you have taken to ensure that you do not violate any rights and that this will not happen again in the future - Other relevant information - Details why you think the notification was sent in error or the reviews are incorrect

I am sorry to hear that you received a pre-suspension notice from Amazon regarding Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints.
Unfortunately, if you fail to submit an acceptable Plan of Action within 72 hours, your entire account will be deactivated as suspensions over infringement or authenticity issues are serious and usually affect all marketplaces at once.
Deleting listings with complaints does not resolve anything, and you are still required to address them.
Now, you will need to provide Amazon everything they asked for:
- Proof of authenticity (eg, invoice, order number, letter of authorization, license agreement or court order) for infringing offers
and a good Plan of Action, which can be based on this example, but definitely don’t copy full sentences and address your specific situation:
