I just received a message that my units are being disposed of. How do I stop this?

Go to the disposal order and see if there's an option to cancel it. If not, reach out to support and ask if they can change it to a removal order instead (they usually can't). Check *all* your settings so that you'll get items sent back to you instead of throwing them away.
