Creating a packing slip and postage label with Amazon buy shipping
Hi, I hope someone can help. Ever since the new VTR rubbish I have been using buy shipping for royal mail 48, but when working with buy shipping there is no option for printing a packing slip or dispatch note matched up with the order, like what can be done through click and drop. Does anyone have a solution for this as currently I am matching up the despatch notes from click and drop with the buy shipping labels on a pdf and this can be very time consuming when I have a lot of orders.
Any help would be appreciated, I have tried looking at order management software such as veeqo but they are not working for me and the support has not resolved any issue.
Thanks

unfortunately there is no way to do this in bulk - only by printing orders one at a time !

Here is what I do to make orders in bulk…
= Make sure before you do this, print out labels for Ireland or any UK islands or other country that might be placing the order on Amazon UK.
Prep and dispatch these orders first so you can work on only on the UK orders. =
I open 3 windows and they all have ‘Orders’ sorted
by UK
Last 30 Days
Order Date (ascending)
50 per page (I don’t print labels more than 50
I pin one of the windows so I don’t lose it - Important
I use the second window to prep the orders - don’t touch for now
Use the third window to print out the labels in bulk - this window will disappear once you print the labels
Once you print the label, go back to the second window and prep the orders in order of the labels printed. The list of Order ID comes on the last page but you can cross-check but usually, it’s fine.
If somehow I lose this second page, I use the third page that was pinned as a backup.
It may look complicated but once I got used it, it takes seconds

This is what i do, i check all the boxes i want to buy postage for. Then before i buy postage i click print packing slip, print them on my thermal printer changing the size to 50%, pretty much every order fits on a single label and is readable. Once ive printed them i tear off my printer and go back to my original screen where i ticked the boxes and buy shipping and print.
You now have a set of postage labels and packing slips, and both sets of labels come out in the same order so just tear label off and matching slip off as you go. Not quite as good as click and drop where its label and packing slip together but its as good as you need.

we just tick all the orders we want to do in bulk then press the print packing slip button at the top which then prints on our paper printer then buy shipping in bulk for same orders- nearly all of our stock has the size of package ready populated but sometimes have to change or add info to multiple orders then print them on the label printer and we have 2 piles next to each in the same order for all the orders - just do a quick eyeball when packing that the names match. We find this really straightforward.

I go with using both click and drop and buy shipping.
Items I sell lots of I use buy shipping and print those all out in batches.
Then head to click and drop to print all the odd orders for random bits or orders that arent as standard for some reason.
My VTR hangs at around 98% as most are either scanned or through click and drop.
I bag everything together and hand both manifests over when I take to the PO.
Seems to work for me.
