Brand Analytics - internal to the brand

Hi all

Does anyone know how come our account lost the access to Brand Analytics ? But before we already used it for years. Please help if anyone is also facing the same problem. And we are the brand owner by the way.

The tool is only available to sellers who own a brand. This user must be internal to the brand and must be responsible for selling the brand’s products on Amazon. We were not able to verify that you meet these requirements.
