Lost shipment in BFL2

Our shipment was delivered to BFL2 on Sept 25th, 2024. All appear to be missing at BFL2 as 0 quantity was received when they closed the shipment. We did ship one box of goods. Can a mod please help. Our documentation appears to have been accepted as one of my items were reimbursed and the others weren't. but we are only getting canned responses or no response

Hope @TaylorR_Amazon @KJ_Amazon @CR_Amazon @Josh_Amazon @Nikki_Amazon can please help us with this.

This is serious, I spoke to at least 5 jewelry sellers including myself, at least 20 shipments in total were delivered, closed with ZERO inventory received, this needs to be investigated immediately.

And while this is being investigated why is amazon still forcing us jewelry sellers to ship to this location?
