Delivery delay by courier
Some shipments are very delayed by the Hermes and the customers are asking full refund , lable is purchased from the Amazon shipping ,what to do .Thanks in advance

If there is a delay, I always message the customer asking if they could wait a few more days, as there are some that are still experiencing problems with reduced staff/drivers due to covid.
Most customers are perfectly understanding of this, but you will always get the ones who are out for whatever they can get.
Many sellers have refunded just to find that the item has been delivered the next day, so I would never refund straight away.

Whats Very delayed?
If they are very delayed - ie weeks, chances are they are lost so you really need to refund looking at your previous feedback and then raise a claim with hermes
Have you looked at a different courier ?
As a side note, you said on a previous thread you had to send your vat number to get your account reactivated. That vat number is still not showing on your profile have you added your vat number to your account ?
